Project manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level projects. The role involves planning, budgeting, overseeing execution, and ensuring timely delivery of project goals. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and sponsors to deliver successful outcomes. PMP certification is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale software and IT projects, including multi-million-dollar initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, risks, issues, and contingency strategies.
• Oversee SDLC processes, ensuring requirements translate into technical specifications.
• Drive Agile project execution, track progress, and manage feature-driven sprints.
• Build and maintain strong sponsor and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide concise reports, weekly updates, and timely issue escalation.
• Facilitate team meetings and foster collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management in large organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• 8+ years of Agile methodology and sprint-based project delivery.
• Proven success managing enterprise software/IT projects.
• PMP certification (required).
• Preferred: Experience with healthcare, or public health.
