Account Manager – Commercial Interiors

We are seeking an experienced Remote Account Manager to join our client, a leading construction firm specialising in commercial interior projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who already has a strong book of business and can generate new opportunities from day one.

Position Details:

• Remote (Candidates must reside in New Jersey)

Responsibilities:

• Leverage existing client relationships to generate new business and drive revenue.
• Manage client accounts with a focus on commercial interior projects within New Jersey.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure client needs are met with precision and quality.
• Maintain long-term client partnerships while consistently identifying growth opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge of New Jersey’s commercial interior construction market.

Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions):

• Must currently live in New Jersey
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial interior projects in New Jersey.
• Must bring an existing book of business and be ready to generate work immediately.
• Background must be from a construction firm (not subcontractors or material suppliers).
• Projects are private-sector only (no public, federal, state, or union work).
