Sr. Business Analyst (Guidewire Cloud)

We are seeking a Senior Guidewire Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience to join our large-scale Guidewire Admitted Cyber Project, specifically focusing on the Integrations track. The ideal candidate will hold a Guidewire Associate Certification (Policy, Claim, or Billing Center) and have strong experience in requirements gathering, Agile methodologies, and P&C insurance processes.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Conduct stakeholder workshops to define integration requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure alignment.

Guidewire Integration Expertise

• Leverage Guidewire platform knowledge to design and optimize integration workflows.
• Ensure solutions align with Guidewire best practices (Policy, Claim, or Billing Center).
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.

Agile Project Execution

• Manage backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story prioritization.
• Work in Azure DevOps (or similar Agile tools) to track progress and deliverables.
• Support testing and UAT for integration components.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between business teams and IT.
• Provide guidance to junior BAs and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with P&C insurance regulations and project goals.
