Role Description

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in luxury fashion, beauty, or personal care. This high-impact role will be instrumental in driving strategic growth by uncovering and executing new business opportunities, forging high-value partnerships, and expanding into key markets. The ideal candidate brings a successful track record in business development and a deep understanding of the luxury consumer ecosystem, with a flair for cultivating relationships with brands, retailers, influencers, and other key industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Opportunity Development

  • Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, market entries, and joint ventures in luxury verticals.
  • Design and implement forward-thinking growth strategies to expand brand presence, revenue, and market share.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to drive strategic decision-making.

Partnerships & Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with luxury brands, high-end retailers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Forge mutually beneficial partnerships that support brand positioning and revenue growth.
  • Lead negotiations and manage long-term collaborations to ensure sustainable outcomes.

Market Expansion & Entry Strategy

  • Spot high-potential geographic and demographic markets, with a focus on affluent customer segments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to localize product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Guide successful launches into new regions and product categories.

Trend & Product Alignment

  • Monitor and interpret emerging trends across luxury fashion and beauty to keep the company at the forefront of the market.
  • Partner with product teams to shape collections, limited-edition lines, and influencer-led offerings that resonate with premium consumers.

Revenue Growth & Performance Optimization

  • Drive revenue through client acquisition, partnership deals, and innovative business initiatives.
  • Define clear KPIs and track business development performance, making strategic adjustments as needed.
