Responsibilities

Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with luxury brands, high-end retailers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Forge mutually beneficial partnerships that support brand positioning and revenue growth.
- Lead negotiations and manage long-term collaborations to ensure sustainable outcomes.
Market Expansion & Entry Strategy
- Spot high-potential geographic and demographic markets, with a focus on affluent customer segments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to localize product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Guide successful launches into new regions and product categories.
Trend & Product Alignment
- Monitor and interpret emerging trends across luxury fashion and beauty to keep the company at the forefront of the market.
- Partner with product teams to shape collections, limited-edition lines, and influencer-led offerings that resonate with premium consumers.
Revenue Growth & Performance Optimization
- Drive revenue through client acquisition, partnership deals, and innovative business initiatives.
- Define clear KPIs and track business development performance, making strategic adjustments as needed.
