Project Manager (Guidewire implementation)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders on Guidewire implementations, actively contributing to requirement reviews, assessments, and the estimation of configuration and technical efforts—both at high-level and detailed scopes.
• Ensure that technical designs and specifications align with traceable user stories and business requirements, adhering to Guidewire standards and best practices.
• Utilize available Guidewire accelerators to expedite development and promote the reuse of established integration and product architectural patterns.
• Deliver high-quality, standards-compliant code that is thoroughly reviewed and supported by proper documentation, aligning with business and technical specifications.
• Develop and execute traceable unit and integration tests (preferably automated, based on project agreements).
• Oversee code gate-checks prior to deployment into higher environments.
• Support all phases of the solution lifecycle, including post-implementation support, maintenance, and production troubleshooting.
