Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver insights into reinsurance and broader business performance metrics.
• Build robust data models and implement advanced DAX calculations to support business intelligence needs and decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of reinsurance data (e.g., underwriting, claims, financials) to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and contribute to strategy development based on analytical findings.
• Collaborate with internal business users to gather and translate reporting and analytics requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate data from various systems and ensure consistent, clean, and accurate data flows into Power BI platforms.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines that support the reporting infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure continued alignment with business needs.
• Document report logic, data models, and analytical methodologies to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.
