Description:
Responsible for overseeing daily shipping, receiving, inventory control, and facility security operations. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of parts orders, maintenance of secure building protocols, and adherence to inventory and return processes using SAP and related systems. Duties include supervising staff, confirming transfer orders, managing emergency and late-day orders, maintaining shipping supplies, handling dealer returns, and performing cycle counts. Ensures all procedures meet quality, safety, and operational standards while supporting critical logistics workflows and customer satisfaction goals.
