Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IBM MDM Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of our Master Data Management solutions using IBM InfoSphere MDM. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in IBM MDM, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of enterprise data governance, integration, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of IBM InfoSphere MDM (Standard or Advanced Edition)
• Gather and analyze business requirements for MDM solutions and translate them into technical specifications
• Define and manage data governance processes, data models, hierarchies, and golden record creation
• Lead a team of MDM developers, analysts, and data stewards
• Design MDM architecture including operational, virtual, and hybrid hub configurations
• Integrate MDM with source and downstream systems using IBM InfoSphere, DataStage, and other ETL tools
• Ensure data quality, metadata management, and data stewardship best practices
• Collaborate with data governance, enterprise architecture, and business stakeholders
• Develop and manage MDM roadmap, including upgrades and performance optimization
• Provide hands-on configuration and customization of MDM services, workflows, and match/merge rules
