Business Analyst (Capital Markets)

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, focusing on data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. This role requires a solid understanding of financial instruments, trading platforms, and regulatory environments, along with strong SQL and data mapping expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL to support business decisions and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Perform data mapping and transformation between source and target systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Create functional specifications, use cases, workflows, and process documentation.
• Support testing efforts by defining test scenarios, validating results, and ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT/development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues or risks.
• Stay up to date with capital markets trends, products, and regulatory changes.
